In September 2025, the Shanghai Visa Plastics team embarked on a four-day trip to western Sichuan. They tempered the team spirit amid the mountains and rivers of Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, and gained innovative inspiration from the ancient Shu civilization at Sanxingdui. They supported each other during the plateau hike, practicing the corporate belief of "win-win cooperation"; facing the thousand-year-old cultural relics, the craftsmanship spirit and technological innovation resonated across time. This was not only an enhancement of team cohesion but also an in-depth awakening of professional craftsmanship. The Visa people will carry this harvest and work together to open a new chapter in plastic technology with greater enthusiasm and more solid collaboration.

From Feb 9-10, our team escaped to Chongming Island for a spring retreat. Day 1 featured our year-end review meeting, followed by team games and a warm dinner. Day 2 brought creative crafting sessions and collaborative challenges. Though brief, these two days refreshed us amidst nature and strengthened our bonds. We return energized and united—ready to embrace the exciting journey of 2026 together!

CYCOLOY™ CX7240 is a high-performance, non-halogen flame retardant PC/ABS alloy from SABIC. It combines PC’s heat resistance and impact strength with ABS’s excellent flowability, achieving UL 94 V-0 rating down to 0.75 mm thin wall while complying with RoHS and REACH. With a density of 1.19–1.20 g/cm³, MFR of 15–18 g/10min, tensile modulus of 2600 MPa, and water absorption of only 0.20%, it delivers balanced rigidity, toughness, and dimensional stability. Ideal for thin-wall precision parts in electronics & electrical housings, rail transit, medical devices, and smart appliances. Its halogen-free system produces low smoke and low corrosive gases, solving key challenges such as thin-wall flame retardancy failure, halogen compliance risk, and narrow processing windows. BASF Ultramid® A 50H1 is a high performance PA66 grade based on a halogen free and phosphorus free flame retardant system. It achieves V 0 flammability rating while retaining the excellent mechanical strength and processability typical of polyamides. With a tensile modulus of 3800 MPa and good low temperature toughness – remaining robust even at –30°C – it resists brittle failure in harsh environments.
