SABIC CY6414-701 is a halogen-free flame-retardant PC/ABS alloy from the CYCOLOY™ series. It offers high heat resistance (HDT 118°C at 1.8MPa, Vicat 135°C), high flowability (MFR 14g/10min at 260°C/5.0kg), and excellent impact strength (notched Izod 800J/m). The non halogen (chlorine and bromine free) flame retardant system achieves UL94 V 0 at 1.2mm and 5VB at 2.5mm, meeting strict environmental regulations. With low CTE and good dimensional stability, it is ideal for thin wall and complex parts. Typical applications include E/E enclosures, automotive interior/exterior components, and LED lighting housings. Proper pre drying (90 110°C, 2 4h) is required before processing to ensure optimal performance.

SABIC ULTEM™ 2310 is a 30% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) resin that combines excellent flowability, ultra-high strength (tensile strength up to 169 MPa), and inherent flame retardancy (UL94 V0 & 5VA). It features a heat deflection temperature of 210–220°C, continuous use from -160°C to 180°C, and very low mold shrinkage (0.2%–0.6%). The medical grade (HU2310) offers ISO 10993 or USP Class VI biocompatibility and withstands multiple sterilization methods. Ideal for medical devices, high-temperature connectors, semiconductor tooling, and aerospace/automotive components, ULTEM™ 2310 is the all round ace for demanding injection molding applications.
