Its tensile strength reaches 140 MPa, and flexural strength hits 210 MPa, while tensile modulus and flexural modulus are 6800 MPa and 6500 MPa respectively, demonstrating extremely high rigidity and strength. In terms of thermal performance, the heat deflection temperature (HDT/Ae) under 1.8 MPa load is 205°C, and the Vicat softening temperature (Rate A/50) is 223°C, enabling long-term retention of mechanical properties in high-temperature environments.
Excellent Flame Retardancy and Electrical Properties

ULTEM™ 2210 has achieved UL94 V-0 (0.41 mm) and 5VA (1.9 mm) flame-retardant ratings, with a limiting oxygen index (LOI) of 46%, offering outstanding flame retardancy along with low smoke and low toxicity characteristics. In terms of electrical properties, the material has a volume resistivity of 1×10¹⁵ Ω·cm, a dielectric strength of 34 kV/mm at 0.8 mm thickness, and a stable dielectric constant of approximately 3.0 at 1 MHz, making it a reliable choice for electrical insulation applications.

Excellent Processability
ULTEM™ 2210 features an enhanced-flow formulation design, providing good injection-molding processability. Recommended drying conditions are 150°C for 4–6 hours, with a maximum moisture content below 0.02%. The recommended melt temperature range for injection molding is 370–410°C, and mold temperature should be controlled between 140–180°C. The material exhibits a mold shrinkage rate of 0.3%–0.5%, ensuring good dimensional stability and low warpage.
