China SABIC Lubricomp WCL36 Manufacturer, Supplier, Factory

NORYL is a NORYL resin owned by SABIC. NORYL was previously a trademark of GE and is the symbol of polyphenylene ether (PPO) resins in the group. It is one of the world's five major general engineering plastics. They combine the high heat resistance of polyphenylene ether resins at a low cost, good electrical properties, excellent hydrolytic stability, and the ability to be packaged with halogen-free flame retardants, with excellent dimensional stability, good processability, and low specific gravity. NORYL resins have good mechanical and chemical properties and may be suitable for a wide variety of applications.

SABIC polymers are high-performance plastics produced by SABIC, a global diversified chemicals company headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These polymers are integral to various industries, including automotive, healthcare, electronics, and packaging, due to their exceptional properties and versatility.

Since 2025, multiple countries have introduced a wave of trade restrictions, with the plastics industry bearing the brunt. Thailand announced a ban on plastic waste imports, Japan fully prohibited products containing perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), the EU expanded its 16th round of sanctions against Russia to include primary aluminum imports, and the Philippines proposed a nickel ore export ban. These measures not only disrupt raw material supplies but also reshape the global plastics trade.

Here is the English translation of the provided text, maintaining the structure, terminology, and nuances: From the Industrial Revolution to the Rise of the Polymer Industry Since DuPont invented nylon and coined the term "NYLON," launched the ZYTEL brand in 1954, and up to the present day, the modified applications of nylon and high-temperature nylon (HTN) in sectors like automotive, electronics, consumer goods, military, and aerospace have spanned over 70 years. However, the foundational equipment for modifying engineering plastics is certainly not something a 300,000 RMB extruder can handle.

SABIC ULTEM™ 2310 is a 30% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) resin that combines excellent flowability, ultra-high strength (tensile strength up to 169 MPa), and inherent flame retardancy (UL94 V0 & 5VA). It features a heat deflection temperature of 210–220°C, continuous use from -160°C to 180°C, and very low mold shrinkage (0.2%–0.6%). The medical grade (HU2310) offers ISO 10993 or USP Class VI biocompatibility and withstands multiple sterilization methods. Ideal for medical devices, high-temperature connectors, semiconductor tooling, and aerospace/automotive components, ULTEM™ 2310 is the all round ace for demanding injection molding applications.

Tesla’s Optimus production line is nearing completion and will start production in 2027, driving PEEK/PPS demand as humanoid robots scale. The Terafab chip project adds semiconductor plastics demand. High-end grades still rely on imports, so traders should prepare categories, supply chains, and technical services.
