With a density of 1.19–1.20 g/cm³, MFR of 15–18 g/10min, tensile modulus of 2600 MPa, and water absorption of only 0.20%, it delivers balanced rigidity, toughness, and dimensional stability. Ideal for thin-wall precision parts in electronics & electrical housings, rail transit, medical devices, and smart appliances. Its halogen-free system produces low smoke and low corrosive gases, solving key challenges such as thin-wall flame retardancy failure, halogen compliance risk, and narrow processing windows. SABIC LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ DF006ER is a 30% glass-fiber reinforced polycarbonate (PC) compound that delivers outstanding rigidity, high tensile strength (up to 133 MPa), and superior heat deflection temperature (138°C at 1.8 MPa). Its excellent flowability and easy mold-release characteristics significantly improve injection molding efficiency and reduce cycle times. Moreover, the material is PFAS-free, helping customers meet stringent environmental regulations. This versatile grade finds broad applications in electrical and electronic components such as connectors and relays, automotive structural parts including instrument panels and headlamp housings, as well as pump bodies and valve assemblies.
