CYCOLOY™ CX7240 is a high-performance, non-halogen flame retardant PC/ABS alloy from SABIC. It combines PC’s heat resistance and impact strength with ABS’s excellent flowability, achieving UL 94 V-0 rating down to 0.75 mm thin wall while complying with RoHS and REACH. With a density of 1.19–1.20 g/cm³, MFR of 15–18 g/10min, tensile modulus of 2600 MPa, and water absorption of only 0.20%, it delivers balanced rigidity, toughness, and dimensional stability.
