From Feb 9-10, our team escaped to Chongming Island for a spring retreat. Day 1 featured our year-end review meeting, followed by team games and a warm dinner. Day 2 brought creative crafting sessions and collaborative challenges. Though brief, these two days refreshed us amidst nature and strengthened our bonds.
