The non halogen (chlorine and bromine free) flame retardant system achieves UL94 V 0 at 1.2mm and 5VB at 2.5mm, meeting strict environmental regulations. With low CTE and good dimensional stability, it is ideal for thin wall and complex parts. Typical applications include E/E enclosures, automotive interior/exterior components, and LED lighting housings. Proper pre drying (90 110°C, 2 4h) is required before processing to ensure optimal performance.
