SABIC ULTEM™ 1000-1000MC is a medical-grade polyetherimide (PEI) specialty engineering plastic designed to meet the demanding requirements of medical devices and high-end manufacturing. It offers high strength, high rigidity, and good ductility, with a tensile strength of 105 MPa. The material operates continuously at 170°C and withstands hundreds of cycles of autoclave, EtO, and gamma sterilization.
