SABIC ULTEM™ 2310 is a 30% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) resin that combines excellent flowability, ultra-high strength (tensile strength up to 169 MPa), and inherent flame retardancy (UL94 V0 & 5VA). It features a heat deflection temperature of 210–220°C, continuous use from -160°C to 180°C, and very low mold shrinkage (0.2%–0.6%). The medical grade (HU2310) offers ISO 10993 or USP Class VI biocompatibility and withstands multiple sterilization methods. Ideal for medical devices, high-temperature connectors, semiconductor tooling, and aerospace/automotive components, ULTEM™ 2310 is the all round ace for demanding injection molding applications.

BASF Ultramid® A 50H1 is a high performance PA66 grade based on a halogen free and phosphorus free flame retardant system. It achieves V 0 flammability rating while retaining the excellent mechanical strength and processability typical of polyamides. With a tensile modulus of 3800 MPa and good low temperature toughness – remaining robust even at –30°C – it resists brittle failure in harsh environments.

ULTRAMID® A 216 Y10 is a BASF injection-molding PA66 grade modified with molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂) lubricant. It offers excellent self-lubrication, wear resistance, mechanical strength, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. Designed for precision components such as bearings and gears, it is widely used in automotive, electrical/electronic, and industrial machinery applications.
