The PC/ABS alloy combines the high strength and heat resistance (110°C) of PC with the easy processability of ABS, widely used in automotive (dashboards, door handles), 3C electronics (laptop casings), communications (5G base station covers), and home appliances. Defects like silver streaks and warping are addressed through drying (120°C ×4h), mold temperature optimization, flow promoters, and structural design.
