CYCOLOY™ CX7240 is a high-performance, non-halogen flame retardant PC/ABS alloy from SABIC. It combines PC’s heat resistance and impact strength with ABS’s excellent flowability, achieving UL 94 V-0 rating down to 0.75 mm thin wall while complying with RoHS and REACH. With a density of 1.19–1.20 g/cm³, MFR of 15–18 g/10min, tensile modulus of 2600 MPa, and water absorption of only 0.20%, it delivers balanced rigidity, toughness, and dimensional stability. SABIC ULTEM™ 2310 is a 30% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) resin that combines excellent flowability, ultra-high strength (tensile strength up to 169 MPa), and inherent flame retardancy (UL94 V0 & 5VA). It features a heat deflection temperature of 210–220°C, continuous use from -160°C to 180°C, and very low mold shrinkage (0.2%–0.6%). The medical grade (HU2310) offers ISO 10993 or USP Class VI biocompatibility and withstands multiple sterilization methods. Ideal for medical devices, high-temperature connectors, semiconductor tooling, and aerospace/automotive components, ULTEM™ 2310 is the all round ace for demanding injection molding applications.

BASF Ultramid® B218EV30 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced PA66/6 copolymer that delivers high rigidity, excellent thermal aging resistance, and superior surface finish. With low shrinkage, dimensional stability, and good resistance to oils and chemicals, it is widely used in automotive engine components, high-voltage connectors, relay housings, and power tool casings. This material offers an ideal balance of mechanical strength, processability, and aesthetics, making it a premium upgrade over conventional PA66 GF30 grades for demanding structural applications.
