In the early autumn of September 2025, the team of Shanghai Visa Plastics S&T CO., LTD. temporarily left their daily busyness and embarked on a four-day journey that spanned the fairyland of western Sichuan and the ancient Shu civilization. This was not only a physical journey but also a spiritual resonance; it was not only a vivid interpretation of the corporate spirit of "Integrity, Cooperation, Eagerness to Learn, Diligence, Innovation, and Pursuit of Excellence" but also an in-depth practice of reshaping team rapport amid mountains and rivers and inspiring professional inspiration in the depths of history.

Nature as Witness: Uniting Team Strength Through Natural Collaboration

From September 27 to 29, we visited Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong successively, where we got to know each other again on this land blessed by nature. With layered green forests, mirror-like lakes, and waterfall like silk ribbons, nature showed us the true meaning of "harmonious coexistence" in the purest way.

By the side of Changhai Lake, we quietly observed the traces of hundreds of millions of years of geological changes—just like Visa Plastics' continuous dedication in the field of plastic technology. Achievements come from the accumulation of time, and more from the team's dedication to every detail. Faced with the changing colors of Wuhua Sea, colleagues unconsciously discussed the optical and mineral causes behind it. This shift in thinking from "beauty" to "principle" is a natural expression of the Visa people's spirit of "eagerness to learn" and "diligence".

During the hike, we supported and encouraged each other to move forward. The altitude was high, but not higher than the team's will; the mountain roads were dangerous, but not more difficult to overcome than the mutual trust between us. Staring at the bronze standing figures, we seemed to hear a resonance across time and space. The sophisticated casting techniques and imaginative design of the figures are the ultimate embodiment of the ancients' "innovation" and "pursuit of excellence". A colleague sighed, "It turns out that the craftsmanship spirit has existed since ancient times." Indeed, whether it is the casting of ancient Shu bronzes or the research and development of modern plastic technology, it requires breakthroughs in inheritance and creation within standards.

This dialogue spanning thousands of years made us more determined: technological innovation has never been done behind closed doors, but rather requires seeking inspiration from a broader cultural perspective.
