China SABIC Thermocomp JF006E Manufacturer, Supplier, Factory

As a global leader in the chemical industry, Saudi Basic Industries Corporation has launched its new LNP™ ELCRES™ CXL polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resins, which possess outstanding chemical resistance. These special materials are highly suitable for helping customers in the mobility, electronics, industry and infrastructure markets deal with environmental stress cracking and premature failure that may be caused by increased exposure to corrosive chemicals. Besides having higher chemical resistance than existing materials, the LNP ELCRES CXL copolymer resins can also enhance the durability and reliability of components with excellent low-temperature impact resistance and weatherability.

When the project is advancing, it is necessary to promptly respond to the technical issues raised by the clients and the troublesome matters they report, and help them solve the actual problems. After the products are sent out, it is necessary to visit customers regularly to ask about how they are doing with the products, listen to their thoughts and suggestions, and then continuously improve the products and services.

Engineering plastic modification is like "turning stone into gold," leveraging three core technologies—additives, fillers, and flame retardants—to dramatically enhance resin performance. Additives enable toughening, compatibilization, and anti-aging with minimal dosage; fillers like glass fibers, PTFE for lubrication, or minerals balance rigidity, toughness, and cost; flame retardants provide self-extinguishing safety. As an integrated enterprise specializing in trade, application development, and molding, we deliver tailored engineering plastic solutions through precision modification formulations.

Recent volatility in crude oil prices has driven up the cost of plastic raw materials. Global chemical giants including BASF and SABIC have announced multiple rounds of price increases, keeping engineering plastic prices firm. In this environment, the plastics supply chain faces dual challenges of rising costs and supply uncertainty. Our company is an integrated enterprise combining import trading of engineering plastic raw materials, application development, product design, and molding manufacturing. As a long-term partner of internationally renowned brands such as BASF and SABIC, we leverage our global sourcing capabilities and technical expertise to provide customers with stable, reliable raw material supplies and professional solutions. We are committed to helping our global partners navigate market changes with efficiency and resilience.

SABIC CY6414-701 is a halogen-free flame-retardant PC/ABS alloy from the CYCOLOY™ series. It offers high heat resistance (HDT 118°C at 1.8MPa, Vicat 135°C), high flowability (MFR 14g/10min at 260°C/5.0kg), and excellent impact strength (notched Izod 800J/m). The non halogen (chlorine and bromine free) flame retardant system achieves UL94 V 0 at 1.2mm and 5VB at 2.5mm, meeting strict environmental regulations. With low CTE and good dimensional stability, it is ideal for thin wall and complex parts. Typical applications include E/E enclosures, automotive interior/exterior components, and LED lighting housings. Proper pre drying (90 110°C, 2 4h) is required before processing to ensure optimal performance.

Huawei, Xiaomi and Apple launched new foldables within 72 hours, boosting demand for high-performance engineering plastics like LCP, PPS, transparent nylon and PI. This creates fresh opportunities for engineering plastics importers worldwide. Early sourcing and supply chain certification will be key. Demand is shifting from optional to essential. Act early.
