SABIC LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ DF006ER is a 30% glass-fiber reinforced polycarbonate (PC) compound that delivers outstanding rigidity, high tensile strength (up to 133 MPa), and superior heat deflection temperature (138°C at 1.8 MPa). Its excellent flowability and easy mold-release characteristics significantly improve injection molding efficiency and reduce cycle times. Moreover, the material is PFAS-free, helping customers meet stringent environmental regulations. This versatile grade finds broad applications in electrical and electronic components such as connectors and relays, automotive structural parts including instrument panels and headlamp housings, as well as pump bodies and valve assemblies.
