China SABIC VALOX 364 Manufacturer, Supplier, Factory

When Unitree H1 from YUSUR Technology twisted in Yangko dance on Spring Festival Gala’s grand stage, Tesla’s Optimus Gen2 deftly assembled circuit boards, and Figure 01 flawlessly crafted latte art, the global tech community witnessed an unprecedented revolution. Let’s explore the polymer material innovations behind seven humanoid robots:

When the project is advancing, it is necessary to promptly respond to the technical issues raised by the clients and the troublesome matters they report, and help them solve the actual problems. After the products are sent out, it is necessary to visit customers regularly to ask about how they are doing with the products, listen to their thoughts and suggestions, and then continuously improve the products and services.

The aerospace industry is undergoing a lightweight revolution powered by specialty engineering plastics. Imported high-performance materials like PEEK, PI, and PPS, renowned for their exceptional lightness, extreme environment resistance, high strength, and flame retardancy, are increasingly replacing traditional metals in cabin interiors, engine components, avionics, and UAV structures. Advancements such as composite reinforcement and 3D printing compatibility are further expanding their applications. Amidst market growth and sustainability demands, these plastics have become key enablers for efficient and green aerospace manufacturing, with a promising future.

SABIC ULTEM™ 1000-1000MC is a medical-grade polyetherimide (PEI) specialty engineering plastic designed to meet the demanding requirements of medical devices and high-end manufacturing. It offers high strength, high rigidity, and good ductility, with a tensile strength of 105 MPa. The material operates continuously at 170°C and withstands hundreds of cycles of autoclave, EtO, and gamma sterilization. It complies with ISO 10993 and USP Class VI biocompatibility standards, and features excellent chemical resistance, low smoke emission, and UL94 V-0 flammability rating. With medical-compliant (MC) lot control and full traceability, ULTEM 1000-1000MC is the benchmark choice for surgical instruments, diagnostic equipment, drug delivery devices, and more.

CYCOLOY™ CX7240 is a high-performance, non-halogen flame retardant PC/ABS alloy from SABIC. It combines PC’s heat resistance and impact strength with ABS’s excellent flowability, achieving UL 94 V-0 rating down to 0.75 mm thin wall while complying with RoHS and REACH. With a density of 1.19–1.20 g/cm³, MFR of 15–18 g/10min, tensile modulus of 2600 MPa, and water absorption of only 0.20%, it delivers balanced rigidity, toughness, and dimensional stability. Ideal for thin-wall precision parts in electronics & electrical housings, rail transit, medical devices, and smart appliances. Its halogen-free system produces low smoke and low corrosive gases, solving key challenges such as thin-wall flame retardancy failure, halogen compliance risk, and narrow processing windows. CX7240 is a reliable enabler for lightweight, high-safety designs.

SABIC ULTEM™ 2310 is a 30% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) resin that combines excellent flowability, ultra-high strength (tensile strength up to 169 MPa), and inherent flame retardancy (UL94 V0 & 5VA). It features a heat deflection temperature of 210–220°C, continuous use from -160°C to 180°C, and very low mold shrinkage (0.2%–0.6%). The medical grade (HU2310) offers ISO 10993 or USP Class VI biocompatibility and withstands multiple sterilization methods. Ideal for medical devices, high-temperature connectors, semiconductor tooling, and aerospace/automotive components, ULTEM™ 2310 is the all round ace for demanding injection molding applications.
